I do not like to wrap gifts. Never have and never will. In fact, I have been know to wrap some of the Christmas gifts on Christmas morning and Birthday gifts in the car on the way to the birthday celebration. For the grandkids I even resorted to using the cartoon section of the newspaper as gift wrap. Bottom line is my packages never looked pretty. So, I would end up purchasing these costly wrapping kits. The gifts would look pretty; but at an added extra expense. Often I would use paper gift bags because at least they could be recycled. Now, I choose
embroidered shopping bags for birthday presents and Christmas presents. The cool part is they look nice; they can be customized and will be used over and over again.
I know where you are coming from here and what a great idea. I too hate wrapping presents just to see the wrapping thrown away. This is like getting an extra gift one that just keeps on giving.
