The eCrater Stores Network scavenger's hunt blog theme for this weeks is to blog your own products.  Since the youngest of our brood is getting married is 2 weeks, the logical thing for me to do is choose from our custom embroidered wedding party shirts and hats.

Move over bridezillas make room for the groomzillas



Groomzilla Black T Shirt



Move over bridezillas and make room for the groomzillas.  According to a recent morning show, grooms are actively participating in wedding planning.  It seems that grooms want to be involved not just in the traditional groom's role; but in every aspect of wedding planning. 

Even though we are planning a wedding right now, I wouldn't classify our bride as a bridezilla.  In fact, she has been budget conscious and pretty easy going during the planning process. Sometimes a little too much laid back for this Mother of the Bride. 

However, what did surprise me was the groom is more involved in the planning process than I anticipated.  Recently, the wedding invitations were mailed.  The invites were designed, printed and mailed by the groom. He is keeping track of the responses. And he will report the tally to the caterer. He has been involved in the complete wedding planning process from choosing the officiant, the wedding venue, the photographer, to discussing the menu. Since I design most of our t shirts, I could not resist the urge to add a groomzilla t shirt and groomzilla hat to the groom line.  Even though he doesn't fit the bill, I thought it would be a cute gift for his bachelor party.

We're Having a Wedding

We're having a wedding in our family next month.  The youngest daughter of our version of the Brady bunch is getting married July 30Th.  And the count down has begun.  Final bridal gown fitting is next week, bridal shower the week after, hair, make up, manicure and pedicure appointments scheduled. 
Now, I need to find my gown.  I keep saying that I have plenty of time.  But that ole clock is ticking away.  This week for sure; I will find a gown.

Since we custom embroider bridal party T's, we also have been working on some new t shirt designs for the bridal party. Our granddaughter is the flower girl and her t shirt is finished.  Her choice was the I'm the Flower Girl t shirt. She liked the pink flower.

Mike (the father of the bride) choose the destinations camp father of the bride shirt. Ok, it is not a destination wedding, but the shirt is just right for the rehearsal BBQ we are hosting.

I think I'll need an apron and a shirt.  I choose the Bride's Mom Margarita shirt and the The heart and champagne glass mother of the bride apron.

Now I just need to find that gown.  Wish me luck.
